Creating awareness around Mental Health
Everyone has a story
“It’s safe to say there was a time in my life when I thought about one thing, every day. Suicide. There was a time when I could hardly get out of bed. One day I’m traveling around the world, rising through the corporate ranks, growing cash, the next, I’m in a psyche ward eating medicine. Prana, combined with good friends, good doctors and a lot of compassion, is how I overcame my struggle and suffering and to this day continue into a hopeful and rewarding future.”
Depression is a very complicated illness. There is no simple solution that allows one to simply just “snap out of it” #stopthestigma
Through the very extended and hard process of healing, I have learned many lessons. I have acquired new skills. Made new friends. Lost some old ones. But most of all, I dealt with my demons and will never allow myself to go back to such a dark place.
Our world as we (don’t) know it
800,000 people die from suicides globally each year
(one death every 40 seconds)
Less than 2% of the global median of health budget was allocated to mental health in 2017
94,553 women and 127,540 men between the ages of 10 and 29 years committed suicide in 2017
“How many more lives will suicide claim, before we start realizing the signs, not only in others, but in ourselves? When will it become the norm to raise your hand and say, “actually, no, I am not okay?”
Transforming suffering into tangible acts of hope.

“We rarely take notice of the the impact that the world has on us, and we have on the world. It is time for everyone to experience universal love and energy.”
Prana, the all-encompassing life force within us
Personal and Global Wellbeing
In the words of Alan Watts, “What do you desire?”, “Who are you?” – The world is spinning at such a pace that we lose track of who we are and what we want. Depression, anxiety & stress have become the new norm. It is time for us to change, to find our inner and higher self. To lessen our impact on earth.
We are the generation to change, and we can only achieve this, through self enlightenment.
